Cancellation policy in Summer/Autumn
The following terms of cancellation apply until 02.12.2024:
- FREE CANCELLATION up to 30 days before arrival.

90% of the total price from 14 days bofore arrival
Cancellation policy in winter
From the 03.12.2024 the following terms of cancellation apply:
- FREE CANCELLATION up to 61 days before arrival.
- 70% of the total price between 30 and 8 days before arrival..
- 90% of the total price from 7 days before arrival.
Good to know
- In the event of boarder closures or lockdown you can cancel free of charge at any time.
- We also recommend all guests have the appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation!
Booking information
General information
The room price is per person per day including breakfast, excluding local tourist tax.The apartment price is per apartment per day excluding breakfast, local tourist tax and end cleaning (Apartment 1: €50.00 | Apartment 2: €75.00). Please note the short stay supplement and possible events supplement.. Free WIFI. Child reductions for 0 bis 10 Jahre 25% on request. Baby cot on request, added cost. Single room on request.
The local tax of € 3,50 all year round (which will be € 4,00 from 01.11.2023) will be charged extra. Children and teenagers under 15 years do not pay local tax.
Payment in chash only.
In the winter months our recreation lounge is open weekly according to the notice (Sun, Tue and Thu). In autumn on Saturday. We are happy to open on other days upon request. For example, as a private spa.
The reservation is confirmed on reciept of the deposit.
Check-in from 3 pm, Check-out by 9.30 am.
Delayed arrival, early departure or cancellation will be charged according to the Austrian Hotel-Reglement.
When planning your holiday we recommend taking out travel insurance.
